Unused voucher refunds
A refund for an unused voucher may be requested within 14 days of payment. Requests are handled by the store.
Appointment changes
Rescheduling is free with at least 24 hours’ notice. For later changes, contact the store to discuss arrangements.

About the HK$100 appointment deposit
After the store confirms your treatment and time, it may arrange a HK$100 deposit, which will be deducted from the treatment balance. Agree any deposit cancellation and refund terms with the store before payment.
